Practice log

This is a dated record of how I use Claude Code. Every entry answers four questions:

1. What was I trying to do? The task and context.
2. How did I do it? Prompts, configuration, and the features involved (skills, hooks, MCP…).
3. What happened? Successes, failures, and concrete numbers (time, usage, lines changed).
4. What will I do next time? The reusable lesson.

Lessons that prove useful get turned into standalone guides, templates, or measurement pages.
